To qualify for a Real Estate Salesperson’s license, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school education or equivalency, or complete the 75-hour pre-licensure course at a licensed school and pass the New Jersey Examination. After completion of the Blue Ribbon Real Estate School Course, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion so that you can go on to take the New Jersey Real Estate Exam.
